#1 20/20 Eye Center provides online virtual vision screenings specifically for the renewal of your New York driver's license. Please remember that these screenings are not a replacement for a full eye examination. If you have any medical concerns or specific eye health issues, it’s important to consult with a local optometrist. Our opticians, optometrists, and technicians are not qualified to provide medical care.

Insurance and Payment

Typically, vision screenings for DMV purposes are not covered by insurance. However, upon request, we can provide a receipt that you may submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.
We operate on a policy where you are charged only if you pass the vision test. All payment transactions are final once your results are submitted.

Services Provided

We provide virtual vision tests for individuals seeking to renew their driver’s licenses through the DMV. All results are submitted directly to the DMV portal upon successful completion of the exam.

Eligibility

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are legally eligible to undergo a DMV vision screening.

  • You provide accurate and truthful personal information.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is only processed after successful completion of the vision test.

  • If you do not pass or miss your scheduled appointment, no payment will be charged.

  • Once the vision test is completed and results are submitted to the DMV, all sales are final and no refunds are available.

Scheduling and Appointments

  • Appointments must be attended on time.

  • Rescheduling may be offered at our discretion for missed appointments.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances.

Limitation of Liability
